Lindsay Lohan interview triggers snit between ‘Good Morning America’ and ‘Today’

The competition between “Good Morning America” and “Today” is getting down and dirty — and it was sparked by professional troublemaker Lindsay Lohan.
The battle between the morning shows is turning from a friendly ratings war into an all-out catfight, with “GMA” lobbing nasty accusations at “Today.”
It happened after Lohan visited “GMA” Friday to promote her new Lifetime movie, “Liz & Dick.” After a mostly boring interview by Amy Robach with only one tough question, “GMA” producers were accused of bowing to a list of preapproved softball questions put forward by Lohan’s new reps at Rogers & Cowan, who were hired to clean up her tarnished image.
